Unique experience in creating a service platform for a government customer
We faced a rather ambitious and complex project, namely, building infrastructure for a customer who wanted to become an MSSP provider. Among the requirements was the centralized provision of services to ensure information security.
We prepared a full package of documents: created and agreed on a project; selected manufacturers capable of implementing the necessary requirements; developed a backup, backup and recovery plan; conducted a test connection, implementation and connection of the first users of the services. During the implementation, we conducted training and provided full support in configuring new features and connecting new users.
Since the project includes various services that directly interact with third-party infrastructure, the most difficult part was creating instructions that took into account different types of infrastructure and equipment. Unique instructions for service administrators and user administrators were developed.
Currently, there are plans to increase the number and volume of services provided, connect more customers, and add new services.
