YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deployment & Administration: Commissioning, configuration, and support of IP-PBX systems
- Traffic Routing: Setup and configuration of SIP trunks, management of inbound and outbound call flows
- Stability & Performance: VoIP infrastructure monitoring, voice quality analysis, and audio codec optimization (G.711, G.729, OPUS, iLBC)
- Troubleshooting: Deep incident diagnostics (log analysis, SIP session analysis, Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Project Work: Preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and technical consulting for customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience with IP telephony systems and VoIP gateways
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, RTCP protocols
- Understanding of core networking technologies: TCP/IP, NAT, VLAN, DHCP, DNS
- Experience configuring and maintaining hardware and software PBX systems
- English level: confident reading and understanding of technical documentation
- Nice to have: Experience with Cisco solutions

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution Design: Development of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs
- Consulting: Advising clients on product, solution, and software selection in cybersecurity
- Technical Expertise: Preparation and calculation of specifications, development of technical requirements
- Implementation: Installation and configuration of hardware and software, pilot deployments, and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity system classes and hands-on implementation experience:
NGFW, Anti-DDoS, SIEM, SOAR, Secure Email Gateway, WAF, Antimalware, Zero-day protection, DLP (Symantec, Fidelis, RSA, etc.)
- Understanding of SOC (Security Operations Center) architecture
- Experience in security policy development, administration, and incident investigation
- Knowledge of networking technologies, communication protocols, and data network design
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies
- Understanding of core services: DNS, DHCP, AD, file servers, databases
- English level: Intermediate or higher (technical documentation reading and above)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Workplace Management: Preparing workstations for new employees (PCs, all-in-ones, peripherals); installing and configuring OS and essential software.
- Lifecycle Management: Deploying security updates, maintaining software relevance, and installing specialized software with administrative privileges.
- Infrastructure Support: Maintenance of peripheral devices, security tokens, and monitoring certificate expiration dates.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or Technical Support Specialist.

- Solid understanding of computer networking principles (L2/L3).
- Experience with office hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Personal Traits: Responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to solve technical tasks independently.
