KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation & Administration: Performing commissioning works, configuration, and support of IP-PBX systems.
• Traffic Routing: Organizing and configuring SIP trunks; managing inbound and outbound call flows.
• Stability Assurance: Monitoring VoIP infrastructure, voice quality analysis, and optimization of audio codecs (G.711, G.729, OPUS, iLBC).

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with IP telephony systems and VoIP gateways.
• Proficiency in SIP, RTP, and RTCP protocols.
• Solid understanding of core networking technologies: TCP/IP, NAT, VLAN, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining digital and software-based PBX systems.
• English proficiency: Ability to confidently read and understand technical documentation.
• As a plus: Knowledge of Cisco solutions.

YOUR TASKS (Key Responsibilities)

• Design : Development of comprehensive information security (IS) solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
• Consulting : Advising clients on the selection of products, solutions, and software in the field of information security.
• Technical expertise : Preparation and calculation of specifications, writing technical specifications (TS).
• Practical implementation : Installation, configuration of equipment and software, conducting pilot projects and PoC (Proof of Concept).

OUR EXPECTATIONS (Requirements)

• Work experience in IT from 2 years .
• Deep knowledge of classes of information security systems and experience in their implementation: NGFW, AntiDDOS, SIEM, SOAR, Security Mail Gateway, WAF, Antimalware, 0-day protection , DLP (Symantec, Fidelis, RSA, etc.).
• Understanding the concept of building a SOC (Security Operation Center) .
• Experience in security policy development, administration, and incident investigation.
• Knowledge of network technologies, communications protocols and experience in building data transmission networks.
• Experience with server OSes ( Windows, Linux ) and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding basic services: DNS, DHCP, AD, file servers, and databases.
• English level: from Intermediate (reading technical documentation and above).
