Privacy and personal data protection policy

(PRIVACY POLICY)

1. General provisions

Limited Liability Company “ABCOMMUNICATION” (hereinafter referred to as the Company ), established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, respects the right of every person to privacy and undertakes to properly protect the personal data of website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the Site ).

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy ) defines the Company’s approach to the collection, use, storage and protection of information that can identify a natural person directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to as the User ). The document also describes the rights of Users and the methods of exercising them.

2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?

When using the Site, the Company may receive personal data that the User provides voluntarily, in particular when filling out feedback forms, registering or communicating with the Company. Such data may include, among others: name, email address, position and company name.

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• provision of services and fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• processing of requests and applications from Users;
• supporting business relationships;
• inviting Users to events organized by the Company;
• informing about the Company’s activities, news, events, offers and marketing materials (provided there are no objections from the User).

Personal data is processed in accordance with this Policy and the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

3. Personal data retention periods

The Company stores personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, or for the periods specified by the legislation of Ukraine. Data may be deleted or depersonalized at the request of the User, unless otherwise provided by law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

To ensure the correct operation of the Site and improve the user experience, the Company uses cookies and other web analytics technologies. They allow:

• analyze how Users interact with the Site;
• evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• to save individual settings and simplify repeated use of the Site.

Information collected through cookies does not usually allow for the identification of an individual. However, in the case of an account, such information may be linked to the User’s personal data.

The User has the right to change the browser settings to restrict or block cookies. Please note that this may affect the availability of certain features of the Site.

The Company also uses the Google Analytics service to collect anonymous statistical information regarding visits to the Site.

5. Activity logs

The Site may automatically create activity logs to analyze traffic, enhance security, and improve the stability of the Site.

Such information is processed in compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and is used exclusively for lawful purposes.

6. User Rights

The user has the right at any time:

• receive information about the processing of your personal data and access to it;
• request clarification, updating or correction of inaccurate data;
• initiate the deletion, depersonalization or restriction of the processing of personal data in cases provided for by law;
• object to data processing for marketing purposes or for other reasons provided for by law;
• to file a complaint with the authorized bodies in case of violation of their rights.

The User’s exercise of the right to withdraw consent, delete, anonymize or restrict the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out prior to the exercise of such right , if such processing was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law.

7. Disclosure of information to third parties

The company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• the existence of the User’s express consent;
• transfer of data to partners or contractors acting on behalf of the Company and required to comply with confidentiality requirements;
• compliance with legal requirements or legitimate requests from government authorities;
• protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, Users or other persons.
• to provide personal data to our partners for services related to the topic of the marketing campaign/webinar/event for which the participant/user has registered.
  
  

8. Personal data breach

In the event of a breach of personal data security, including unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of personal data, the Company will promptly take all necessary organizational and technical measures to minimize possible negative consequences.

In cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, the Company notifies Users and/or authorized state bodies of such a violation within the established deadlines.

9. Children’s data protection

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 14. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If it becomes known that such data has been provided, the Company will take steps to delete it.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy and the relations between the parties related to the processing of personal data are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

Using the Site means the User’s consent to the fact that the law of Ukraine applies to the processing of his personal data, regardless of the User’s country of residence.

If mandatory provisions of the law of another jurisdiction apply to the User, such provisions shall apply to the extent that they are subject to mandatory application in accordance with international law.

11. Amendments to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this Policy at any time. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes come into force constitutes the User’s consent to the updated terms.
