1. General provisions

Limited Liability Company “ABCOMMUNICATION” (hereinafter referred to as the Company ), established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, respects the right of every person to privacy and undertakes to properly protect the personal data of website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the Site ).

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy ) defines the Company’s approach to the collection, use, storage and protection of information that can identify a natural person directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to as the User ). The document also describes the rights of Users and the methods of exercising them.

In the event of a breach of personal data security, including unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of personal data, the Company will promptly take all necessary organizational and technical measures to minimize possible negative consequences.

In cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, the Company notifies Users and/or authorized state bodies of such a violation within the established deadlines.

9. Children’s data protection

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 14. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If it becomes known that such data has been provided, the Company will take steps to delete it.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy and the relations between the parties related to the processing of personal data are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

Using the Site means the User’s consent to the fact that the law of Ukraine applies to the processing of his personal data, regardless of the User’s country of residence.

If mandatory provisions of the law of another jurisdiction apply to the User, such provisions shall apply to the extent that they are subject to mandatory application in accordance with international law.

The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this Policy at any time. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes come into force constitutes the User’s consent to the updated terms.
